If you have a request for the classroom placement of your child for next year, you need to complete this form by the end of May. Copies are available at the office. Only requests completed on the proper form will be considered.

We will consider but not guarantee that we will honour your request. We do our best to place ALL students.

Please remember that we have only ten divisions for seven grade levels. We do not have a lot of options for placement.
