• Fine Arts afternoon

    On Thursday, May 20 all students participated in a fun Fine Arts afternoon.  Teachers offered different sessions such as card making, drama, singing and many more.  Students signed up for the sessions of their choice.  A special thanks to all of the staff for organizing the different sessions and to Mrs.

  • Speech Contest

  • RO Sports Carnival

    Fun was had by all on the evening of May 6 at the RO Sports Carnival.  The pictures below show some of the many highlights of the evening.  Holly Rowe won the raffle for an I-Pod Touch.  Shawna won the bottle full of gummy worms  and Loanna Henrickson won the bottle full of bouncy balls from the PAC.  Over $2000 was raised to support student activities at RO.  Thank you to all who came out and supported the Carnival and to all the staff who work hard to put on such a successful Carnival.

  • Science Fair

  • Pajama Day

  • Hallowe’en fun!

    Students had a great time on Friday carving pumpkins, making crafts during centres in the primary classes, going through the Haunted House, participating in the costume parade or going to the Hallowe’en Dance or Movie in the afternoon for the intermediate students.  All staff were involved to make the day special for our students.  Special thanks goes to the Leadership Club for organizing the colouring contest and creepy creature contest as well as the Haunted House,

  • Terry Fox Run

    On Friday, Sept. 11 Robert Ogilvie participated in the Terry Fox Run in memory of Terry’s run across Canada to raise funds for cancer research.  Students are asked to donate coins in Terry’s memory to continue his work.

  • Pancake breakfast

    Students had a great time on Friday morning at the Pancake breakfast that culminated the first week of fun activities at school!
